What happens at my first dental visit?

Step 1: We make sure you are comfortable and get to know the reason you have come to see us

Step 2 : We go through your medical and dental history, we will ensure that none of our treatments will interfere adversely with your health. If needed we can consult with your GP.

Step 3 : We will complete a comprehensive examination, including X-rays and photographs, should you require them. We will then sit down with you and discuss our findings, reviewing your options, pro’s and con’s, to find a solution together.

Step 4 : We will then work out a plan for your treatment, which will fit in with your schedule and budget. We can often begin treatment immediately or our delightful practice manager will coordinate appointment times for you.

What are the payment options?

We have HICAPS facilities that allow you to claim immediately from your health fund and take all major credit cards. We provide Afterpay as well as more extensive payment plan options to suit your needs.  For more information on payment options, contact us.
